Rules for a clear and safe exchange.
Experience is valuable. Medical truth is not created by voting.
1. Separate experience from evidence
Personal experience may be described as experience. It is not proof of effectiveness and not an individual medical recommendation.
2. No personal raw health data
Do not publish diagnoses, symptoms, medication lists, laboratory reports, patient data, HealthKit raw data, body images or private medical documents.
3. No individual treatment
No remote diagnosis, dosing instructions, treatment plans or cure promises. Medical concerns belong with qualified professionals.
4. Make product feedback concrete
Describe the task, expectation, friction point and the one change that would make the biggest difference. That makes feedback actionable.
5. Respect & privacy
No personal attacks, doxxing or confidential information about third parties. Do not distribute other members' content outside its intended context without permission.
6. Human accountability
Community signals can help prioritise. Medical, legal, regulatory, privacy, safety and product approvals are professionally reviewed and are not decided by popularity.
